Process redesign strengthens performance and organizational results. It may include the implementation of incremental changes using a continuous improvement methodology such as Plan Do Check Act; a benchmarking methodology that involves identifying best practices in the industry, and/or a reengineering methodology that involves starting over with a blank sheet of paper.
